Assistant General Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Indirect tax activities e.g. filing of all applicable periodic returns under GST, Computation and deposition of tax as per Outward/Inward reconciliations.
• Input tax credit (ITC), IMS, ISD management including eligible/ineligible allocations;
• Control and handle GST reconciliations and related activities, eInvoice and eWay Bill related compliances at location;
• Handle Indirect tax related notices, litigations with timely submissions;
• Visit to GST offices, Customs & various authorities as & when required;
• GST assessments, GST Audit and related compliances, filing of GSTR9 , 9C on time;
• GST refunds, Incentives related activities- e.g. Duty Draw Back, RodTEP, associated annual return and compliances;
• EPCG and

  Customs related knowledge for EXIM tasks

  and related activities at the location;
• Tax Accounting and G/L reconciliations as per books, ECL and CL related reconciliations as per books and portal;
• Handling litigations, accurate estimate of Tax Provisioning and Contingent liability control etc.;
• Coordination with Tax authorities, Tax Consultants as & when required for the purpose of tax compliances;
• Coordination with JCB Head Office and help in any activites, as assigned.

Qualification and Experience

CA with 15-18 years of experience
