Job Description

Job purpose Maintenance shift engineer, to coordinate and execute maintenance activity to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation of shop floor equipment. it includes break down support, preventive maintenance, and improvement activities. Duties and responsibilities -Repair and maintenance activity of Power train machine shop equipment including Makino, Heller, Robots, Gantry System, Honing, Washing machine & special purpose machine. - Repair and maintenance of machine hydraulic system, pneumatic system, machine critical assembly, component transfer conveyor system & material handling devices. - Diagnosis of failure through equipment Mechanical drawing and Electrical circuit. - Trouble shooting on CNC control (Fanuc & Siemens), Siemens PLC, Robots & DC Tools. - Familiar with Maintenance terms like – Break down analysis, MTBF, MTTR, Uptime, Business Continuity, ISO standards - ISO 9001-2015, 14001-2015 & 45001-2018. -Disciplined with positive attitude, Good interpersonal relationship within team members, should be ready to work in 3 shifts basis & relocate near to office.
