Documentation & Compliance: Every dispatch requires proper documentation, and Sr. Executive - Project Outward ensures that all necessary documents, including invoices, packing lists, delivery challans, and E-way bills, are accurate and complete before shipment. He follows compliance requirements to ensure that all dispatches adhere to legal, safety, and company policies. By maintaining detailed records of all shipments, he ensures smooth audits and easy traceability of dispatched goods, avoiding compliance issues that could lead to penalties or shipment delays. 5. Problem Resolution & Escalations: Sr. Executive - Project Outward takes ownership of identifying and resolving any issues related to dispatch, packaging errors, missing items, or quality defects before the shipment leaves the warehouse.
