Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in Muvattupuzha. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and collaborating with team members to meet company goals. Responsibilities include supervising staff, optimizing processes, maintaining high customer service standards, and supporting the store manager in developing strategic initiatives and driving sales growth. Effective communication with both employees and customers will also be a key part of this role.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred)
• Previous experience in the fashion or retail industry is a plus
