About the Role: We are seeking a results-driven Social Media Manager ( Meta Ads Expert) to join our team. Will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing high-performing Ads campaigns, Boost across Platform to generate awareness, engagement and Sales and maximize ROI. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns Conduct detailed keyword research, ad copy creation, bid strategy setup, and audience targeting Track and analyse campaign performance Analyse and manage conversion tracking Continuously test and iterate on creatives, landing pages, and ad copy to improve CTR and conversions. Prepare campaign performance reports, ROI analysis, and present actionable insights. Manage social media photoshoots for the Ad and Posts to drive growth Requirements: 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns. Strong understanding of bidding strategies, quality score, and audience segmentation. Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions quickly. Strong communication skills and ability to present campaign strategies and performance insights. Good to Have: Google Ads Certification (Search, Display, Shopping, or Video) preferred Experience with LinkedIn Ads, or other paid platforms. Salary: 2.4 to 3.5LPA
