Drive sales activities and provide technical sales support to meet customer requirements and business goals (KPI's).
Prepare and follow up on customer quotations in coordination with Pppelmann Germany.
Manage special projects between Pppelmann Germany and Indian customers.
Identify, qualify, and develop new leads through research, campaigns, and industry events.
Conduct customer visits, introduce new products, and gather market intelligence.
Coordinate trade show participation and maintain promotional materials.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and resolve customer issues.
Prepare sales forecasts and report performance against objectives.
Required Education and Experience:
4 years Bachelor degree or related professional experience preferred
At least two years of competitive field sales experience required
Ability to travel to meet customers/leads
Ability to articulate technical products and solutions required
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, required
Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
Strong experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications
Previous experience in manufacturing, engineering, vehicle manufacturing or automotive sub-supplier preferred
Experience in the manufacturing industry, vehicle manufacturing or automotive Tier I/II suppliers preferred
Experience in the c-parts business (e.g. sales of screws, nuts or clips) or plastic parts is beneficial
Strong work ethics, well organized, highly dedicated and motivated
Intercultural experience
Clear, concise communicator (English mandatory; Hindi and/or regional languages advantageous
