Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Coimbatore North for a Technical Sales Engineer. The responsibilities include building and cultivating strong customer relationships, understanding technical requirements, delivering product demonstrations, providing technical support, and assisting in driving sales strategies. The role involves collaborating closely with internal teams to align product solutions with customer needs, ensuring an excellent client experience. Qualifications Strong proficiency in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering to identify and provide tailored solutions to client needs Experience in Technical Support to troubleshoot and resolve customer queries effectively Excellent Communication skills for engaging with clients and internal technical teams Proven ability in driving effective Sales strategies and securing new business opportunities Team collaboration and problem-solving skills are essential Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred Familiarity with AI-driven solutions and enterprise SaaS platforms is an added advantage
