Technical Sales Engineer

Job description:

Educational Background

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Chemical, instrumentation etc.)

· Industry Knowledge

• Familiarity with the heating industries, chemical processing industries or pharma and manufacturing, etc.).
• Understanding of technical products/services the company sells.
• Ability to explain features, specifications, and benefits.
• Ability to understand customer pain points and offer appropriate technical solutions.as a project or customized solution
• Can translate complex technical terms into customer-friendly language.

· Sales Experience

• Proven track record in B2B or industrial sales.
• Ability to create and execute sales plans.
• History of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to close high-value deals and handle objections.
• Ability to create and execute sales plans.
• Works well with engineering, marketing, and production teams.

· Competitor Awareness

• Knowledge of market competitors and their strengths/weaknesses.
• Experience dealing with different geographies (if applicable).

· Communication Skills

• Verbal and written fluency for presentations and reporting.
• Builds relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

NOTE: Candidate staying in western line are preferred. Immediate joiners are welcome !
