pharmaceutical companies, research institutions, and diagnostic centres across India. With a

focus on quality, customer satisfaction, and timely delivery, we are expanding our sales team

to meet growing market demand.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The

ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, follow-up on customers,

demonstrating strong negotiation skills, and efficiently closing and executing orders. The

role also includes coordination with customers for timely payment follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

�� Lead Generation & Prospecting

 Identify potential customers through online research, databases, and cold calling.

 Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through email, phone, and other communication

tools.

�� Customer Engagement & Follow-up

 Maintain regular follow-up with new and existing customers.

 Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate products.

�� Sales Negotiation & Closure

 Engage in product discussions, pricing, and terms negotiation.

 Convert prospects into sales through persuasive communication and product

knowledge.

 Prepare and send quotations, negotiate pricing and finalize deals.

�� Order Execution

 Coordinate internally with the operations and logistics team to ensure timely dispatch

of products.

 Track and update customers on order status and delivery timelines.

�� Payment Collection

 Follow up with customers for payments against orders.

 Coordinate with the accounts department for invoice generation and receivables

tracking.

�� Reporting & Documentation

 Maintain detailed records of leads, interactions, sales pipeline, and order history.

 Generate periodic sales reports and updates for management.

Key Skills & Competencies:

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 Strong negotiation and closing abilities

 Self-motivated and goal-driven

 Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

 Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage

 Knowledge of laboratory/scientific/diagnostic consumables is preferred

 Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Science, Commerce, or Business Administration

 Minimum 1–3 years of experience in inside sales or telesales, preferably in a scientific

or B2B domain

 Freshers with strong communication skills and a science background may also be

considered
