Job Summary:

IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the

    full recruitment lifecycle

    including sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, and offer management.
  • Effectively source candidates using

    LinkedIn, job portals, social media, databases

    , and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for

    ServiceNow, SAP, and Salesforce

    positions.
  • Screen and evaluate resumes and technical skill sets to match client requirements.
  • Partner with hiring managers and technical teams to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Coordinate and schedule technical interviews and follow-ups.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress.
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain and update the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies in IT technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years

    of proven experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced agency or in-house environment.
  • Strong understanding of roles and technologies related to

    ServiceNow, SAP (all modules), and Salesforce

    .
  • Experience sourcing and screening candidates for

    technical and functional

    roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
  • Hands-on experience with

    ATS platforms

    and

    job boards

    (e.g., Naukri, Dice, Indeed, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with

    technical assessments

    and interview evaluation criteria.
  • Prior experience recruiting for

    global clients or offshore/onshore roles

    .
  • Knowledge of recruitment compliance and employment laws is a plus.
