We are seeking a talented and motivated Technical Recruiter with over 2 years of experience to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing and hiring technical talent, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with various job boards and recruitment tools. Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing:

  Utilize various channels including job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, etc.), social media, and direct sourcing techniques to identify and engage qualified candidates for technical roles.

• Screening & Shortlisting:

  Conduct initial screening of resumes, assess technical competencies, and shortlist suitable candidates based on client requirements.

• Interview Coordination:

  Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth interview process.

• Candidate Engagement:

  Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle, providing a positive candidate experience.

• Client Coordination:

  Collaborate with internal and external clients to understand hiring needs, update on progress, and provide recruitment insights.

• Job Postings & Outreach:

  Write compelling job descriptions, post jobs on relevant platforms, and actively reach out to passive candidates.

• Candidate Closure:

  Negotiate offers, handle candidate queries, and facilitate seamless onboarding processes to ensure timely closure of openings.

• Database Management:

  Maintain an organized candidate database, track recruitment metrics, and ensure data accuracy.

• Market Research:

  Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability in the tech sector.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for IT roles such as developers, engineers, technical leads, etc.
• Strong familiarity with job boards, social media platforms, and candidate sourcing tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple openings simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
• Knowledge of technical skills, programming languages, and industry terminology is a plus.
