We also help users cut through the banking jargons, offer smart insights based on spending and provide users with a range of new age features to enable and make sense of their finances.

Our journey so far:

Jupiter was founded in 2019 by Jitendra Gupta. Best known as Citrus Pay’s founder, Jiten found himself wondering why personal finance experiences were not customer-centric when everything else like food ordering and entertainment were. That’s how our journey began in 2019, with a simple, powerful idea : to create a modern, customer-centric experience that empowers individuals when it comes to their money.

From our humble beginnings, we've strived relentlessly to make managing money easier. In 2021 when we launched we had a waitlist with over 100,000 people eager to experience the world of Jupiter - and within 10 months we crossed 1 million users. Today, we have 2.8 million + happy users on Jupiter.

Our Insights feature today tells how much and where you’ve been spending automatically, even on your other savings accounts! Our Edge CSB Bank RuPay credit card is getting a lot of love for it’s head-turning transparent design, not to mention it being a rewarding experience. Our No-Penalty SIP and Daily SIP at Rs 10/- has helped scale our investments business and we have over 100,000 users investing on our platform to fulfill their money aspirations.

Who are we looking for:

Tech Recruiter

Roles and responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment:

  Own the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, focusing on Engineering Managers, Senior Engineering Managers, and other leadership roles.

• Sourcing:

  Proactively source top talent through a variety of channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

• Stakeholder Management:

  Work closely with hiring managers, department heads, and senior leadership to understand hiring needs and create customized hiring strategies.

• Candidate Engagement:

  Ensure a great candidate experience through timely communication, clear expectations, and a smooth interview process.

• Market Insights:

  Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape to help position the company as an employer of choice in the tech industry.

• Team Building:

  Play a pivotal role in establishing the engineering teams in both Bangalore and Jaipur, ensuring a diverse and high-caliber talent pool.

• Data-Driven Recruiting:

  Utilize data and metrics to track hiring performance, identify bottlenecks, and make continuous improvements to the recruiting process.

What is needed for this role:

• Experience:

  2-6 years of experience in tech recruiting, preferably in a startup or fintech environment.

• Senior Hiring Expertise:

  Proven experience in sourcing and hiring senior profiles like Engineering Managers and Senior Engineering Managers.

• Technical Knowledge:

  Strong understanding of the tech landscape, engineering roles, and various technologies.

• Communication Skills:

  Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.

• Adaptability:

  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment with evolving priorities.

• Location:

  While the primary base is in Bangalore, familiarity with recruiting in Jaipur or willingness to learn and build in the Jaipur market is a plus.
