Job Description

Title: Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager
Location: Noida / Gurugram / Pune
Experience: 5+ years

We are looking for a Project Manager/Assistant Project Manager (APM) who wants to work with one of the best engineering teams in the business. We are interested in finding someone who is smart, dedicated, a quick learner, and a great cultural fit for our team. We are building big data analytics applications that work in high performance distributed environments.
What You’ll Need:


Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Expertise & Demonstrations:
  • Gain a deep understanding of all in-house products and their functional capabilities.
  • Conduct effective product demos and walkthroughs for prospective clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Gather customer feedback during demos and relay insights to product and engineering teams for continuous improvement.

2. Business Analysis & Requirement Management:
  • Engage with clients and business stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into detailed functional and technical requirements.
  • Develop and maintain key documentation including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and use cases.
  • Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and successful delivery of product features.

3. Project & Delivery Management:
  • Coordinate with product, development, and QA teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of product features.
  • Identify, track, and resolve project impediments proactively.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations across multiple clients and product tracks.
  • Support sprint planning, scheduling, and backlog management in Agile/Scrum environments.

4. Reporting & Stakeholder Communication:
  • Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
  • Analyze project trends and resource utilization to support planning and prioritization.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in business analysis, project management, or program management roles.
  • Graduate degree (MBA preferred) from a reputed university or institution.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum experience preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA, YouTrack, or other project management/bug tracking tools.
  • Excellent documentation skills – ability to write clear BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and use cases.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills; comfortable conducting demos and client meetings.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and priorities effectively.


Good to Have:

  • Exposure to SaaS or AI-based product environments.
  • Experience in pre-sales or client-facing product demo roles.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, integration workflows, or basic data analysis.
