Technical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery
• Work closely with engineering, QA, product, design, and business teams
• Gather technical requirements and translate them into clear tasks/user stories
• Create and manage project plans, sprint cycles, and roadmaps
• Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and blockers, and ensure timely resolution
• Ensure clean documentation for requirements, architecture, and processes
• Track project KPIs, timelines, and resource utilization
• Communicate project status, updates, and technical insights to stakeholders
• Coordinate with clients for requirement clarification and feedback
• Ensure successful deployment, testing, and post-launch support
• Improve project processes and ensure best practices (Agile/Scrum)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 3–5+ years of experience in software development or technical project management
• Strong understanding of web/mobile technologies (e.g., MERN, MEAN, Java, .NET, Cloud, API, DevOps tools)
• Experience with project management tools: Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, etc.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
• Ability to break down complex requirements and prioritize tasks
• Problem-solving and risk management skills

⭐ Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

• Scrum Master or PMP certification
• Experience working with distributed teams
• Basic hands-on coding experience or ability to read code
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,865.29 - ₹90,026.19 per month
