Technical Project Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Program Manager to lead and oversee complex technical projects while ensuring seamless execution and alignment with business objectives. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams. You will act as the central link between clients and internal teams, ensuring clarity, accountability, and timely delivery of high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Define program scope, objectives, and deliverable in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and relationship management.
• Plan and schedule client calls, team meetings, and project reviews to maintain alignment.
• Coordinate with engineering, product, and business teams to keep projects on track and within scope.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks that could impact project success.
• Oversee the software development lifecycle (SDLC)and enforce best practices.
• Track and report program progress, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations through clear and effective communication.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency, productivity, and quality.
• Handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while balancing client expectations.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of project management experience in a tech or product-driven environment
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certified
• Strong technical background in software development, cloud technologies, or data engineering.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum practices and project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking ability.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, Confluence, MS Project).
• Experience in risk management and strategic planning for large-scale technical programs.
