Business Analyst Fresher

Job Title: Business Analyst – Post-Sales (Fresher) Location: Mohali Experience: 6–12 months Job Type: Full-Time Department: Post-Sales / Customer Success / Business Analysis About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst (Post-Sales) with 6–12 months of experience (including internships) to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with customers, account managers, and internal teams to analyze post-sales data, ensure successful onboarding, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for product or service improvement. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to understand post-sales needs and requirements. Monitor customer usage data, satisfaction metrics, and feedback to identify trends and potential issues. Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance summaries to support decision-making. Support the Customer Success and Sales teams in tracking KPIs and customer health metrics. Assist in creating process documentation, user manuals, and support materials. Gather and document business requirements for enhancements and relay to the product or development teams. Participate in review meetings, gather insights, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Help ensure customers receive value from the product/service and stay engaged post-sale. Required Skills: 6–12 months of experience in a business analyst, customer success, or similar role (internships count). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good understanding of business processes and post-sales lifecycle. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data analysis tools. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Basic knowledge of SQL, data visualization (Tableau, Power BI), or project management tools is a bonus.
