As a Business Analyst (Post-Sales) at our company, you will play a vital role in analyzing post-sales data, ensuring successful onboarding, gathering feedback, and identifying opportunities for product or service improvement. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with customers and internal stakeholders to understand post-sales needs and requirements. - Monitoring customer usage data, satisfaction metrics, and feedback to identify trends and potential issues. - Preparing reports, dashboards, and performance summaries to support decision-making. - Supporting the Customer Success and Sales teams in tracking KPIs and customer health metrics. - Assisting in creating process documentation, user manuals, and support materials. - Gathering and documenting business requirements for enhancements and relaying them to the product or development teams. - Participating in review meetings, gathering insights, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. - Helping ensure customers receive value from the product/service and stay engaged post-sale. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: - 6-12 months of experience in a business analyst, customer success, or similar role (internships count). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Good understanding of business processes and post-sales lifecycle. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data analysis tools. - Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. - Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Basic knowledge of SQL, data visualization (Tableau, Power BI), or project management tools is considered a bonus.
