The ideal candidate will have strong experience in handling client calls, generating business leads, and closing deals. Candidates must be comfortable working in rotational shifts and available to join immediately. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels. Conduct outbound and inbound calls with clients to understand their needs and propose relevant solutions. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Prepare and deliver tailored business presentations and proposals. Achieve and exceed defined sales targets and KPIs. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery. Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 3–5 years of relevant experience in business development or client-facing roles. Proven experience in handling client calls and managing end-to-end sales conversations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
