The Role

We’re hiring a dynamic Marketing Associate to support and execute a wide range of marketing initiatives across channels. This is a generalist role where you’ll be plugged into everything from social media and email marketing to branding, PR, and events. One of your core responsibilities will be to own and grow Scry AI’s LinkedIn presence, driving both visibility and engagement.


What You’ll Do:

  • This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a full-stack marketing career and contribute directly to growth initiatives in a fast-moving AI environment.
  • Own and manage Scry AI’s LinkedIn presence, including content planning, creation, publishing, community engagement, and performance tracking.
  • Develop and execute a LinkedIn-first growth strategy to increase followers, boost engagement, and support lead generation goals.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to create high-quality, platform-optimized posts (e.g., carousels, videos, thought leadership).
  • Organize and promote product launches, webinars, reports, and thought leadership initiatives on LinkedIn (organic and sponsored).
  • Monitor LinkedIn trends, competitor activity, and algorithm updates to refine strategy.
  • Identify and explore growth levers like employee advocacy, influencer engagement, strategic partnerships, and LinkedIn groups.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, voice, and visual guidelines.
  • Track and report key metrics (engagement, reach, CTR, follower growth), and translate insights into strategic improvements.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for timely campaign execution and support broader marketing initiatives across email, PR, and events.
  • Contribute to other email-based marketing efforts, including event promotion, product announcements, nurturing campaigns, and PR outreach.
  • Contribute to branding efforts, competitor benchmarking, and media outreach as needed.


What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B or tech/SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn as a marketing channel; content types, algorithm basics, and engagement strategies
