Description and Requirements

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with a strong blend of project management expertise, data analysis capabilities, and technical understanding—particularly in AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have mastery of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint), hands-on experience with data tools like Power BI and a proven ability to deliver projects with a customer-first mindset.

In this role, you’ll manage day-to-day projects and interact with multiple technical and cross-functional global teams through the lifecycle of data- and AI-focused initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, clear communication, and impactful results that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, with a focus on AI, analytics, and data-driven solutions.
Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and clear communication.
Develop executive-level PowerPoint presentations to communicate progress, results, and strategy alignment.
Build and maintain complex Excel models, reports, and dashboards for tracking project metrics and KPIs.
Conduct or support data analysis using Power BI to inform decisions and identify trends.
Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, software developers, web designers, product managers, and customer support teams to drive project outcomes.
Monitor project risks, timelines, scope, and budget; proactively mitigate issues and adapt plans as needed.
Translate technical concepts and AI insights into business-friendly language and actionable plans.
Manage and prioritize project backlogs using Agile or hybrid project management methodologies.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree.
4-7 years of experience in technical or data-centric project management roles.
Expert-level skills in Microsoft Office, especially:
- Excel: advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts, dashboards
- PowerPoint: clear, visual storytelling for stakeholders and executives
Proficiency in Power BI for data analysis and visualization.
Proficiency with AI/ML concepts, such as data pipelines, natural language processing, or generative AI technologies.
Strong organizational and time management skills with a customer-centric attitude.
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
Fluent in English – both spoken and written communication.

Preferred Qualifications:

Project Management certifications (PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, etc.).
Experience managing AI, ML, or advanced analytics projects.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Experience in client-facing or customer success roles.
Experience with eServices Self Help Customer Solutions Tools.
