Define project scope, success metrics, and release plans for GenAI, Agentic AI, and RPA solutions.
Build and maintain detailed schedules, sprint plans, risk registers, and dependency maps.
Drive discovery workshops to capture business processes and identify automation or agentic opportunities.
Partner with solution architects to select models (LLMs, diffusion, hybrid), prompt-engineering patterns, and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, AgentOps, etc.).
Oversee development and deployment of RPA bots (UiPath, Automation Anywhere) and AI agents on AWS, or GCP.
Champion secure-by-design practices, ensuring model governance, data privacy, and Responsible AI compliance.
Establish KPIs—cost per transaction, latency, agent autonomy level, bot uptime—and deliver regular executive dashboards.
Manage vendor contracts, SoWs, and budgets up to ₹10 crore.
Mentor scrum teams, conduct sprint retros, and drive continuous improvement with OKR tracking.
Coordinate change-management, user training, and hyper-care for production rollouts.

Required Skills and Experience

6–8 years in technical project or program management, with at least 2 years leading AI/ML initiatives.
Demonstrated delivery of GenAI or LLM-based solutions (chatbots, copilots, content generation, or summarization).
Hands-on familiarity with RPA toolchains and process-mining platforms.
Proven command of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban rituals; Jira and Confluence power user.
Solid grasp of cloud-native architectures, microservices, APIs, Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong data literacy: SQL, basic Python, prompt engineering, and model evaluation metrics (BLEU, ROUGE, hallucination rate).
Experience managing multi-stakeholder programs across product, legal, security, and operations.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.

Preferred

Prior work with agent frameworks (Open-AI Agents, BabyAGI, Auto-GPT) or autonomous RPA orchestration.
Knowledge of process-mining tools (Celonis, UiPath Process Mining).
Certification: PMP, PMI-ACP, Prince2, or SAFe POPM.
Exposure to generative design patterns, reinforcement learning-from-feedback, and prompt-chain optimization.
Experience in regulated domains (BFSI, healthcare, telecom) with relevant compliance standards.

Education & Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related engineering field

Location & Work Mode

Primary location: Bengaluru, Hyderabad (Initially Remote)
Occasional travel (up to 5%) to client sites within India or APAC.
