Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Prompt Engineer with expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA)—preferably with Automation Anywhere—and hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between process automation, prompt engineering, and applied AI, enabling the creation of intelligent, autonomous systems that augment business workflows and decision-making.

• Design, test, and optimize high-quality prompts to drive accuracy, reliability, and adaptability of AI models within various business use cases.

• Collaborate with automation teams to integrate Automation Anywhere bots with AI-driven agents for end-to-end workflows.

• Build, configure, and deploy AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and executing tasks autonomously.

• Partner with data scientists, RPA developers, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation.

• Develop reusable prompt templates, prompt libraries, and best practices for large language models (LLMs) and multi-agent systems.

• Integrate APIs, knowledge bases, and 3rd-party systems into AI agents and RPA workflows to enrich decision-making capabilities.

• Monitor agent and bot performance, troubleshoot issues, and fine-tune prompts for continuous improvement.

• Conduct research on state-of-the-art AI agent frameworks, RPA enhancements, and generative AI trends to keep solutions cutting-edge.

• Ensure compliance with data privacy, governance, and responsible AI practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, AI/ML, or related field.

• Strong experience with prompt engineering techniques for large language models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama).

• Hands-on knowledge of Automation Anywhere (bot development, control room, IQ Bot, API integrations).

• Proven experience in building, deploying, and managing AI agents or autonomous AI workflows.

• Familiarity with RPA-to-AI orchestration, including scheduling, decision-making, and exception handling.

• Proficiency with programming/scripting in Python, Java, or JavaScript for automation and agent development.

• Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations across enterprise environments.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable AI workflows.

Preferred/Good-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to multi-agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI, Microsoft Autogen, etc.).

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) for AI/automation deployment.

• Knowledge of ML pipelines, NLP models, and conversational AI.

• Experience in governance frameworks for AI and automation.
