Job Purpose: To lead the technical vision, roadmap, and execution of ERP modules by working closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders. The Technical Product Manager will ensure product excellence, scalability, and alignment with evolving market and customer needs. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Define and own the product roadmap for core ERP modules (Finance, Inventory, Sales, Procurement, HR, etc.). ✅ Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications. ✅ Collaborate with engineering to drive sprint planning, feature prioritization, and product delivery. ✅ Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities. ✅ Work closely with QA and release management teams to ensure quality and timely delivery. ✅ Manage technical product lifecycle – from conception to post-launch optimizations. ✅ Lead API strategy, data flow design, and third-party integrations (e.g., accounting, payment gateways, CRMs). ✅ Act as a bridge between tech and business – ensuring clear understanding on both sides. ✅ Partner with support and implementation teams to ensure customer success and issue resolution. ✅ Track KPIs for product performance, user adoption, and customer feedback loops. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of ERP systems architecture and workflows. Hands-on experience with software development (preferred: SaaS/Cloud-native platforms). Ability to write and review technical specifications (BRD/PRD). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Postman, Figma, etc. Experience with REST APIs, database design basics, and product telemetry. User-centric mindset with attention to usability and adoption. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (MBA is a plus). 5–8 years of experience in product management, with at least 2–3 years in a technical PM role. Prior experience with ERP, accounting, or business management software is mandatory . Strong track record of shipping B2B SaaS or enterprise software products.
