Role & Responsibilities: Amazon PPC Mastery: Create and scale high-performance Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Display Ads campaigns. Revenue Growth: Deliver consistent 8x ROAS with targeted spikes to 10x+ in seasonal periods. Data-Led Optimization: Monitor daily KPIs, refine bids, harvest profitable keywords, and cut ad waste. Key Responsibilities: Conceptualize, design, and deliver high-quality creatives across all digital platforms (social media, website, ads, packaging, listings, etc.). Stay updated on design and consumer trends in the D2C/e-commerce space and translate them into fresh, innovative concepts. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop visual assets that enhance brand storytelling and customer engagement. Ensure brand consistency across all design touchpoints while experimenting with new ideas. Create engaging social media creatives, motion graphics, infographics, banners, landing pages, and ad creatives . Take ownership of projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (preferred but not mandatory). 46 years of design experience (experience with a D2C or e-commerce brand is a plus). Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, trend awareness, and ability to design for D2C/e-commerce audiences. Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, Figma , or equivalent. Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, and UI/UX basics is an added advantage. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
