Technical Advisor – MGPS & Modular OT

Job Description:

Enkay Medi Tech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Technical Advisor specializing in Medical Gas Pipeline Systems (MGPS) and Modular Operation Theatres (OT). This role is critical in ensuring that our hospital infrastructure solutions meet the highest standards of safety, compliance, and innovation. The Technical Advisor will act as a bridge between our R&D, production, sales, and client teams, offering expert guidance throughout the lifecycle of projects — from design and planning to installation, commissioning, and post-installation support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide in-depth technical consultation on MGPS and Modular OT design, layout, and specifications.
• Advise hospital administrators, architects, and contractors on compliance with NABH, HTM, ISO, and other international healthcare standards.
• Translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable solutions for clients.

Project Planning & Execution

• Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies, and risk assessments for new projects.
• Support project teams during installation, commissioning, and validation of MGPS and Modular OT systems.
• Ensure seamless coordination between engineering, procurement, and installation teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

• Oversee quality control processes from raw material procurement to finished installations.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare compliance documentation and technical reports for audits and certifications.

Training & Knowledge Development

• Deliver technical training sessions for internal staff, dealers, and hospital personnel.
• Develop manuals, tutorials, and technical guides to support knowledge transfer.
• Stay updated on global innovations in MGPS and Modular OT technologies and share insights with the team.

Customer Engagement & Support

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, addressing technical queries and providing professional consultation.
• Collaborate with the sales and service teams to strengthen customer relationships and long-term partnerships.
• Provide post-installation support, troubleshooting, and guidance on maintenance contracts (AMC).

Qualifications & Skills

• Any discipline (Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Biomedical Engineering Preferred)
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in MGPS and Modular OT projects.
• Strong knowledge of hospital infrastructure standards, safety codes, and compliance frameworks.
• Proven track record in project execution, technical advisory, and client consultation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel extensively for site visits, installations, and client meetings.
• Proficiency in preparing technical documentation and compliance reports.
