Job Description

Job Summary: A Technical Advisor in fleet management and car repairs plays a key role in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of vehicles within a fleet. Key Responsibilities: Plan and manage vehicle maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns. Monitor fleet performance using GPS and telematics systems. Oversee spare parts and tools inventory; coordinate with vendors for repairs and parts. Manage maintenance budgets and control costs effectively. Ensure fleet compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles. Guide and mentor technicians; ensure adherence to repair and safety protocols. Communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical teams or clients. Utilize fleet and repair management software for tracking and reporting.
