Job Title: Site Supervisor
Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee the installation process of hospital interiors. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Monitoring: Oversee the installation process to ensure projects are completed on time and to the required quality standards.2. Team Management: Supervise and instruct the installation team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.3. Client Relationship Management: Resolve client complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.4. Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.5. Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.6. Communication: Facilitate effective communication between project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.7. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress, and issues.8. Material Management: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.9. Budgeting: Monitor project expenses and ensure they are within budget.10. Scheduling: Create and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion.11. Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve issues that may impact project progress.

Requirements:
- Age: 18-24 years- Experience: Freshers can apply (No prior experience required)- Education: High school diploma or equivalent- Skills:- Strong communication and problem-solving skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Basic knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, Excel)- Willingness to work on-site and travel to different locations
