Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage site activities for Aluminium Formwork, Safety Screen, and
  

Glass Facade installation.

• Read, interpret, and implement construction drawings and technical specifications
  

accurately.

• Guide and coordinate with riggers, technicians, and laborers for proper installation
  

methods.

• Monitor daily work progress and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and timeline
  

requirements.

• Coordinate with Project Engineers, Managers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth
  

site operations.

• Identify and report site issues, material shortages, or technical discrepancies promptly.
• Ensure all activities are carried out in compliance with Safety Projects Pvt. Ltd.
  

standards and safety protocols.

Qualifications And Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred) or equivalent technical
  

qualification.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in high-rise building construction supervision.
• Proven experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Aluminium Formwork Installation
• Safety Screen Installation
• Glass Facade Installation
• Ability to read and understand technical and structural drawings.
• Strong communication, leadership, and team coordination skills.
• Working knowledge of construction safety procedures and site regulations.
