Job Title: Site Supervisor

Role Summary:
The Site Supervisor will manage daily site activities, supervise workers, and ensure work is completed safely, on time, and as per quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise day-to-day site operations and workforce
· Ensure work is executed as per plans and instructions
· Monitor quality, safety, and material usage at site
· Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and vendors
· Report daily progress and site issues
Requirements & Qualifications:
· Diploma or ITI in relevant trade (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical preferred)
· 2–5 years of site supervision experience
· Basic understanding of drawings and site safety practices
· Ability to handle manpower and meet timelines
· Good communication and coordination skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
