Job Description

As an Inside Sales Leader at Clean Harbors India, you will be responsible for leading a team of Inside Sales Associates (ISAMs) to drive account growth, manage customer relationships, and ensure efficient sales pipeline management. Your role will involve collaborating with branches, field representatives, and internal teams to align sales strategies, drive campaigns, and improve team performance. Additionally, you will own the budget for the respective region, manage Accounts Receivable (AR), and analyze performance to implement corrective actions when needed. Strong technical sales skills will be essential for effectively communicating and selling complex products/services to customers. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Inside Sales Associates, ensuring they meet sales targets, maintain customer relationships, and adhere to company standards. - Set clear performance expectations, implement corrective actions, and provide training initiatives for individual and team success. - Execute sales campaigns within the assigned region, collaborating with the team to drive revenue and growth. - Oversee and support the team in managing assigned accounts, ensuring quarterly touchpoints for relationship-building and account growth. - Act as the key liaison between the inside sales team, branches, and field representatives to optimize customer engagement and sales strategies alignment. - Guide the team to provide exceptional service, foster long-term customer relationships, and address evolving customer needs proactively. - Analyze lost sales or account closures, identify reasons for losses, and implement corrective actions to enhance retention and conversion rates. - Identify process improvement opportunities, introduce best practices, and ensure the execution of sales strategies to achieve organizational goals. - Demonstrate strong technical sales skills to effectively communicate product/service details to customers and collaborate with technical teams for product demonstrations and solutions. - Utilize problem-solving skills to address challenges and provide actionable solutions for the team and customers. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales or a related field. - Proven experience in inside sales, account management, or business development. - Strong leadership, team management, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - Knowledge of environmental science and waste management is a plus.,
