Title: .Net Technical Manager Experience: 12 to 20 Years Location: Hyderabad Working Hours: 12.00pm to 9.00pm Position Overview: The Technical Manager will be working closely with product managers, customers other stakeholders to define scope, deliverables, assumptions, required resources, work plan, budget. Track project performance and produce regular status reports for management and stakeholders. Developing and implementing new processes, standards, or operational plans that will have impact on the achievement of goals. Must Have Skills: Microsoft technologies like .Net Core, MVC, Javascript and jQuery technologies Knowledge in SQL Database, C#.Net Good understanding on Web application model, Microservices, Azure Devops tools Job Description: Technical Manager with 16+ Years of experience on working with Microsoft Technologies and any Cloud exposure like Azure. Technical manager experience in implementing at least 1-2 large size green/brown field programs. Should be self-motivated, confident with a pleasing personality, and must be able to handle a team of 10+ in multiple projects. Good understanding in Software project lifecycle Management tools Guide and support team in the right direction on technology aspect Create healthy environment for the team to gather the requirements, understand the client expectations, get clarity through meetings and questions. Ensure to scheduled dates of the project delivery with the right commitment. Manage and lead the project team which includes UX, Business Analyst, designing team, development team, and QA team. Strongly monitor and report the overall progress and effectively manage people utilization; take corrective action/steps whenever necessary. Adhere to Project management tools and tracking systems to manage all aspects of project progress. Responsible for designing applications, maintaining performance, and analysing requirements and functionality along with the team. Perform skill gap analysis and training needs. Conduct performance appraisal and setting goals for team. Identification of risks, issues, and dependencies beforehand and work towards mitigation. Delivery excellence through effective teams productivity and collaboration Supports a culture of continuous process improvement through sprint retrospectives and key indicators around team performance. Ensures clear communication and organization of all strategic and business delivery team goals. Review and feedback technical artifacts of the SDLC Ensure and enforce different review checklist process to be followed by team. Improvise on design, code and release standards and process. Ability to handle software planning and software delivery activities. Good understanding of various project effort/cost estimation techniques. Should have good risk management & Stakeholder management skills. Strong presentation skills, written and verbal communication skills.
