You will be responsible for conducting classroom instruction in aircraft systems. This includes preparing and delivering briefings, as well as administering oral and written examinations. Additionally, you will assist in the development of courseware to ensure that training programs remain current, accurate, and tailored to the needs and preferences of clients. In this role, you will be expected to identify any pilots who may require remedial training due to not meeting the prescribed standards for training progress, performance, or schedules set by the customer. Furthermore, you will be responsible for documenting and reporting any discrepancies, malfunctions, or items that are not functioning properly within the courseware. As an entry-level professional, you will have the opportunity to learn and apply professional concepts under the guidance and direction of more experienced colleagues.
