1 .NET (Oops Concept, Threading, Exception Handling) 2 Web Forms (Web Frontend), Razor View 3 C# 4 .Net Framework, MVC, .Net Core 5 HTML,Bootstrap, CSS, JS, JQuery 6 Rest API in .Net Core 7 Database (MySql, Sql Server) Basic Knowledge of Procedure Function triggers views and joins 8 Lead and manage a team of .NET developers, ensuring high performance and collaboration. 9 Allocate tasks, set goals, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines. 10 Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. 11 Act as the primary point of contact between the development team and stakeholders. 12 Ensure best coding practices, performance optimization, and security standards. 13 Guide the team in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving complex technical issues. 14 Mentor and train team members to enhance their technical and professional skills. 15 Identify bottlenecks in development processes and suggest Improvements.
