Role Description :

Royal Brothers is looking for a full-time Inside Sales Team Lead. The Inside Sales Team Lead will work on-site in Bengaluru and will be responsible for managing the team's day-to-day activities, ensuring targets are met, and creating a healthy work environment. The candidate will also work with the direct sales team to ensure Sales target and customer satisfaction are met.

Job description:

• Inside Sales, conversion of potential lead and Customer Service
• Overseeing and assessing inside sales staff activities and providing them with regular performance improvement-related feedback
• Handling a team of 20+ members
• Ability to manage priorities and meet targets on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
• Strategizing and monitoring the daily activities of inside sales team
• Provides coaching and guidance for performance improvement and development; directs and oversees the training of new representatives
• Create and share reports to the Manager on a daily, weekly, monthly and Quarterly basis.
• Plan the month/week as per the target and roster the staff accordingly

Requirements :

• candidate needs to have a minimum of 4 years of overall experience
• out of which 2 years of experience as a sales team leader on paper is mandatory
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree
• Ready to work in rotational shift
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
• Experience in the bike rental industry is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
