Job Description

The Team Leader will be responsible for managing a team of presales agents focused on lead warming activities for real estate projects. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality interactions with potential customers, and driving performance to meet lead conversion and engagement targets.

Manage a team of customer service (Lead Generation/ Pre-Sales) representatives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Minimum 1 Year on paper Team leader experience. Should be from Lead Generation/ Pre-Sales/ Sales Background. Real Estate will be add- on.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators such as attrition, shrinkage, CSAT(NA), NPS (NA), and AHT to identify areas for improvement. Drive Site Visits/ Virtual Meetings. Monitor Daily performance of the agents as agreed upon.
Develop and implement strategies to reduce attrition rates and improve overall team performance.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution
Open to work in day shift / 6 days working 1 week off(Tuesday). Shift Timing (9am to 6pm or 11amto 8pm )
Co-ordination with Sales Team on Visits.
Handle escalation / HNI customer in case of agent not able to manage query.

Sharing timely analysis on the ongoing Campaigns/ Cold Calling

Work Experience :- 1 year of experience as Team leader.

Competencies and Specific Skills

Proven experience in team handling and performance management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
