Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Management & Leadership
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of education counselors.
  • Set daily/weekly/monthly targets and ensure achievement.
  • Monitor team performance, productivity, and quality of counseling.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, training, and feedback sessions.
Student & Parent Interaction
  • Handle escalations and complex counseling cases.
  • Interact with students and parents to understand educational needs and career goals.
  • Provide accurate guidance on courses, programs, and admission procedures.
Process & Operations
  • Ensure proper follow-ups with leads through calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Monitor CRM usage and maintain accurate data of student interactions and conversions.
  • Ensure compliance with counseling scripts, SOPs, and company policies.
Enrollment & Conversion
  • Support counselors in closing admissions and improving conversion ratios.
  • Assist students with enrollment procedures and documentation when required.
  • Track lead-to-enrollment funnel and identify improvement areas.
Reporting & Coordination
  • Prepare and share daily/weekly performance reports with management.
  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and admission teams for smooth execution.
Promotional Activities
  • Participate in seminars, workshops, education fairs, and promotional activities as required.
  • Represent the organization professionally during events.
