Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the team, ensuring efficient handling of customer queries and issues.
  • Oversee shrinkage management to minimize losses and optimize productivity.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce attrition rates through effective employee engagement initiatives.
