Daily tasks include managing merchant accounts, addressing inquiries and concerns, conducting regular check-ins, offering marketing support, and ensuring a smooth user-experience on GoNukkad.com. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills for managing merchant relationships and resolving issues Sales and account management experience to effectively support and grow merchant partnerships Digital marketing and customer engagement skills to assist merchants in improving their online visibility Problem-solving skills to address and resolve merchant queries and challenges Experience in the technology or e-commerce industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team

Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Qualification : Identify and generate leads, often from a provided database, and qualify potential clients who could benefit from GoNukkad's paid services. Client Presentations : Conduct personalized sales presentations (3-4 daily) and demonstrations of our products and services to potential and existing customers. Sales Cycle Management : Initiate the sales process, maintain follow-up with clients, and work towards timely, time-bound closure of sales opportunities. Client Relationship Management : Establish and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, ensuring they use our services effectively and are satisfied. Revenue Generation : Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by converting free sellers to paid services, and by upselling additional services to existing clients. Payment Collection : Ensure systematic and timely collection of payments from clients as per the agreed-upon terms. Customer Retention : Focus on retaining existing customers by ensuring smooth service delivery and addressing their concerns promptly to prevent churn.
