Job Description

This position's core responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, presenting GoNukkad's paid online services to businesses, achieving sales targets by converting leads into paying customers, building and maintaining client relationships, ensuring timely payment collection, and fostering customer satisfaction to drive renewals and upselling opportunities.This often involves both fieldwork and client-facing interactions to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions for their online business presence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Qualification

:Identify and generate leads, often from a provided database, and qualify potential clients who could benefit from GoNukkad's paid services.

Client Presentations

:Conduct personalized sales presentations (3-4 daily) and demonstrations of our products and services to potential and existing customers.

Sales Cycle Management

:Initiate the sales process, maintain follow-up with clients, and work towards timely, time-bound closure of sales opportunities.

Client Relationship Management

:Establish and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, ensuring they use our services effectively and are satisfied.

Revenue Generation

:Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by converting free sellers to paid services, and by upselling additional services to existing clients.

Payment Collection

:Ensure systematic and timely collection of payments from clients as per the agreed-upon terms.

Customer Retention

:Focus on retaining existing customers by ensuring smooth service delivery and addressing their concerns promptly to prevent churn.

Skills and Qualifications

#Strong communication, in negotiation, and interpersonal skills.#Ability to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.#Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is often preferred.#Experience in B2B sales or the internet/e-commerce industry is a plus.#A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
