Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Consultant, located in Indore. The Digital Consultant will be responsible for assisting local merchants in enhancing their digital presence. Duties include conducting digital marketing activities, providing strategic recommendations, onboarding merchants onto the platform, and offering continuous support to ensure their online success. The role requires frequent interaction with merchants to understand their needs and challenges, tailoring solutions to help them reach their business goals.

• Proficiency in onboarding and training clients on digital platforms
