Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Team Lead role located in Bikaner. The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team of professionals, and ensuring project deadlines are met. The role includes coordinating with merchants to enhance their digital presence, developing strategies to increase customer engagement, and providing support to team members. Additionally, the Team Lead will be tasked with analyzing performance metrics, conducting training sessions, and reporting to higher management on progress and improvements.
