Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bikaner for a Team Lead. The Team Lead will oversee daily operations, mentor and support team members, and ensure quality execution of tasks. Responsibilities include managing projects, delegating tasks, monitoring deliverables, and collaborating with the management team to align goals. The role also involves problem-solving, identifying areas of improvement, and implementing strategies for enhanced team performance and productivity.

Qualifications

Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
Proficiency with communication tools, coordination techniques, and conflict resolution
Experience in strategic planning, project management, and performance monitoring
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
Ability to work on-site in Bikaner and dedicate full-time to the role
Prior experience in a leadership role is preferred; familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations, or a related field is an advantage
