Job Description

Looking for a skilled Team Lead to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience and be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the implementation of short-term activities within the team.
Deliver professional responsibilities focusing on excellence and operational efficiency.
Supervise less experienced professionals, providing guidance and expertise.
Act as a liaison between customers, production, and distribution departments related to specific orders.
Provide technical and non-technical customer support via phone, online chat, or text.
Analyze and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.

Job Requirements

Comprehensive knowledge of CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO operations and processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with diverse teams.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary to resolve complex customer issues.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in supervising and mentoring junior team members is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
