Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an AR Caller and Team Leader, located in Shahpur. The AR Caller will be responsible for managing and following up on unpaid claims with insurance companies. This includes analyzing and resolving outstanding accounts, ensuring timely collection of payments, and maintaining accurate records of collection activities and statuses.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Receivable management and collection processes
• Proficiency in insurance claim follow-ups and handling denials
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to analyze and resolve account discrepancies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite and relevant software
• Prior experience in healthcare or medical billing is beneficial
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or courses in medical billing or coding are a plus
