Frugal Health LLC is committed to delivering outstanding results and surpassing average expectations. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an AR Caller located in Shahpur. The AR Caller will be responsible for daily tasks such as contacting insurance companies to follow up on outstanding claims, verifying patient insurance coverage, and handling denials. They will also be responsible for documenting all communications and actions taken towards the resolution of claims. Qualifications Knowledge of Insurance Processes and Claims Management Experience in Revenue Cycle Management and Medical Billing Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills Attention to Detail and Problem-Solving Abilities Proficiency in Using Healthcare Software and Microsoft Office Applications Ability to Work Independently and Meet Deadlines High School Diploma or Equivalent; relevant certification is a plus Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
