The AR Caller will be responsible for daily tasks such as contacting insurance companies to follow up on outstanding claims, verifying patient insurance coverage, and handling denials. They will also be responsible for documenting all communications and actions taken towards the resolution of claims. Qualifications Knowledge of Insurance Processes and Claims Management Experience in Revenue Cycle Management and Medical Billing Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills Attention to Detail and Problem-Solving Abilities Proficiency in Using Healthcare Software and Microsoft Office Applications Ability to Work Independently and Meet Deadlines High School Diploma or Equivalent; relevant certification is a plus Previous experience in a similar role is preferred

The AR Caller will be responsible for managing and following up on unpaid claims with insurance companies. This includes analyzing and resolving outstanding accounts, ensuring timely collection of payments, and maintaining accurate records of collection activities and statuses. Qualifications Experience in Accounts Receivable management and collection processes Proficiency in insurance claim follow-ups and handling denials Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and ability to analyze and resolve account discrepancies Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite and relevant software Prior experience in healthcare or medical billing is beneficial High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or courses in medical billing or coding are a plus
