Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer / Technical Team Lead who will combine hands-on development with day-to-day technical leadership of a growing product engineering team.

This role is ideal for a strong full-stack developer who enjoys coding while also mentoring junior developers, collaborating with UI/UX designers, and working closely with AI engineers. You will play a critical role in building and scaling web, mobile, and AI-enabled platforms, primarily in the HealthTech / SaaS domain.

This is a hands-on leadership role, not a managerial-only position.

Key Responsibilities

• Hands-on Full Stack Development

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Python & Django.

• Build responsive, high-performance frontend applications using React JS & Next JS.

• Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native.

• Design, optimize, and maintain PostgreSQL databases for performance and scalability.

• Write clean, maintainable, and production-ready code following best practices.

Technical Leadership & Mentorship

• Lead and guide a small to mid-sized engineering team including:

o Junior full-stack developers

o Interns

o UI/UX designers

o AI engineers

• Conduct code reviews and guide architectural decisions.

• Mentor junior team members through structured reviews, feedback, and hands-on guidance.

• Break down business and product requirements into technical tasks and ensure timely delivery.

Product & Platform Development

Own end-to-end technical execution of web and mobile products.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers using Figma to convert wireframes into functional interfaces.

Implement real-time communication and engagement features using Agora (preferred).

Integrate third-party APIs, internal tools, and services seamlessly.

AI / ML Feature Collaboration

• Work closely with AI/ML engineers to integrate AI-powered features such as:

o Automation workflows

o Recommendation systems

o NLP / LLM-based tools

• Support backend integration of ML models into core product workflows.

• Stay updated with AI/ML trends relevant to HealthTech and SaaS products.

Architecture, Security & Best Practices

• Design modular, scalable, and maintainable system architectures suitable for startup growth.

• Implement authentication, authorization, and data protection best practices.

• Support CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments (AWS / Azure / GCP).

• Ensure system reliability, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.

Collaboration & Execution

• Work closely with the Founder and product stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Provide accurate estimates, timelines, and technical inputs for product planning.

• Act as the go-to technical problem solver for the engineering team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Educational Background

• B.Tech in Computer Science / IT or related field (mandatory)

• M.Tech is a plus but not mandatory

• BCA / MCA candidates are also acceptable

Professional Experience

• 4–8 years of total experience in full stack development.

• We are particularly interested in professionals who bring 3–4 years of strong hands-on development experience, followed by 1–2 years of experience in a technical leadership or team lead role.

• Prior experience as a Senior Developer, Team Lead, or Module Lead is preferred.

• Strong hands-on experience with:

o Python, Django

o React JS, Next JS

o React Native

o PostgreSQL

• Experience in product-based startups, SaaS, or HealthTech is a strong plus.

• Exposure to real-time systems (Agora) and cloud platforms is preferred.
