Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of developers to drive productivity and foster growth. - Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and promote best practices to maintain high-quality codebase. - Design and implement scalable, secure, and reliable full-stack solutions using technologies such as Angular, Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and more. - Develop microservices, integrate APIs, third-party libraries, and databases like MSSQL, MySQL, and RDBMS. - Utilize IDEs such as IntelliJ, NetBeans, and testing tools like JUnit/Spock/Groovy for efficient development. - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure project success and timely delivery. - Manage sprints effectively to meet project deadlines and maintain high standards of quality. - Implement automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines to enhance development processes. - Stay abreast of emerging technologies, drive innovation within the team, and encourage continuous improvement. Qualifications: - Hold a Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. - Possess at least 9 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development. - Exhibit strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders. - Have a proven track record of leading teams in an agile environment, ensuring seamless project execution.
