The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and presentation skills, along with a willingness to learn and contribute across multiple Oracle HCM modules. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle HCM applications. Participate in system upgrades, patches, and testing activities. Deliver high-quality documentation and training to end users. Stay updated with the latest Oracle HCM functionalities and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM modules. Strong understanding of core HCM processes and configurations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
