Job Description – Talent Management Specialist Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Talent Management Specialist to drive initiatives that enhance employee development, engagement, and retention. The role involves partnering with business leaders and HR teams to design and execute impactful talent programs, manage high-potential talent pools, and leverage technology and analytics to strengthen talent processes. Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Develop process guidelines for Talent Management (TM) in collaboration with business leaders and HR, ensuring a seamless employee experience. Manage hi-potential talent programs such as People Conversations (Talent Reviews), development assignments, and partnerships with learning vendors. Partner with business leaders and HR to facilitate talent conversations, communication updates, and career movement discussions. Leverage technology platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors Talent Management) and use analytics/dashboarding to improve process effectiveness and decision-making. Support the COE Head by providing tactical inputs in designing and developing innovative talent management solutions. Desired Candidate Profile Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or related field. Experience: 4–8 years of experience in Talent Management, HRBP, or related HR COE functions. Strong knowledge of talent management frameworks, leadership development, and succession planning. Experience in working with HR technology platforms (preferably SAP SuccessFactors). Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights for decision-making. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about enhancing employee growth and engagement.
