We are Hiring We are seeking for highly motivated HR Executive for Talent Acquisition based at Indore location (Madhya Pradesh) at AU Small Finance Bank Responsibility Managing recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing and selecting candidates. Managing employee relations. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Proficiency in MS office and HRIS systems. Requirement Post graduate degree in Human Resources or related field. At least 1 years of experience in HR management. Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
